This week we took stock of the year ahead and discussing possible events that could be run in the 2021/22 Rotary Year.

Jay Clowes reminded members of the Ambassador program and on 26 July 2021 Bob Carle, Ross Paul & Terry Maguire will be attending Woolgoolga’s weekly meeting.

Bob Carle gave an update on the Coffs Coast Festival of Motor Sport. Interest and publicity for event is growing rapidly. The website should be finalised this week. There is a meeting with all the participating sporting clubs on Saturday 17 July at The Coffs Hotel and the Public Launch event is on 22 July at C.ex Stadium. The committee is focusing heavily on the Motor Show, where all members will be required to assist on the day. It is likely that our club will be attending to the parking arrangements. Bob also advised he’s had enquiries about holding motor boat and airplane events, and this could be a possibility in future years.
