This week, we heard that our RYLA candidate Josh is currently attending RYLA at Lake Keepit. We will get him along to a future meeting to give us an overview on how he went. He attended the RYLA 50th Anniversary Dinner on Wednesday night.

Terry Maguire advised members of the 2021 Rotary 100 years Great Youth Adventure on the brigantine, STV Windward Bound, sailing the south and east coast of Australia. Rotary International & the Windward Bound Trust have joined together for a youth development program to help celebrate 100 years of Rotary. The ship will be in Coffs Harbour for six days from 22 September when a new crew of 14 to 17 year olds will be trained for the next leg of the program to Brisbane. As a fellowship exercise and a bit of fun, Terry Maguire held a brief trivia competition between the member’s tables. It became evident that the table with the widest age range had the advantage and was crowned the winner.
