This week, Coffs City Rotary ‘Mo Bro’ Bob Carle advised that members’ contributions to date for ‘Movember’ totalled in excess of $1,780.00. We’re sure everyone would agree that’s fair compensation for carrying a caterpillar around on your top lip for a month.

Peter Lindsay advised that, following the presentation by Dr Alan Tankel at our last meeting, the club’s International Committee met with president Terry Maguire and club treasurer John Walker to discuss how the club could get involved in Dr Alan’s project. At the meeting it was agreed to support the request and cover the cost of two airfares for a Nurse Educator to Coffs Harbour for further medical training.

We then enjoyed a fascinating video by Brittany Arthur, who is currently in Germany after having spent time as a Rotary exchange student.
